My mother's sister, my godmother, texts me a few minutes later. I thought maybe the two of them spoke but they hadn't. I tell her. As a medical professional, she is a master of the art of remaining calm. She is able to analyze the information before letting a sense of alarm take over her emotions. We talk about it on the phone the next day. She is the only one I've told, until now.
